What if the leader within you becomes India’s next breakthrough?
At the Harish & Bina Shah Centre for Talent & Leadership, we believe unlocking human potential is the key to accelerating India’s progress. We’re building an inclusive community of changemakers — individuals from diverse sectors, identities, and lived experiences — equipped with the mindset, skills, and networks to lead with purpose. Our vision is to be the leading voice in social sector leadership by 2030 — mobilising the ecosystem, nurturing 2,200 crossover leaders and 250 sector-grown leaders, and creating widely emulated thought leadership.
The future demands Strategic Leadership. We’re here to build it.
Leadership today demands deep insight into systemic challenges, unwavering alignment with shared values, and the ability to convene diverse stakeholders toward collective action. Modern leaders must navigate complexity, foster transformative partnerships, and lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability.
The Harish & Bina Shah Centre for Talent & Leadership stands at the heart of this imperative. As a Leadership Ecosystem, we don’t just develop leaders; we catalyse a movement.
We generate cutting-edge knowledge, nurture purpose-led leadership, build communities, and design tailored capacity-building solutions that empower individuals and organisations to lead with intention — driving meaningful, lasting impact.

India's transformation hinges on the dynamic interplay between samaaj, sarkar, and bazaar. As the social impact sector emerges as a critical bridge connecting communities, government, and markets, it faces significant leadership constraints. With 40% of NGOs struggling to attract senior talent and only 19% of women in leadership roles* (*Based on the report on Nonprofit Leadership by Bridgespan & DASRA), the sector's evolving contribution to India's development agenda demands strategic leaders who can navigate complex challenges—from climate resilience to digital inclusion—for our growing population and changing aspirations.
We tap into India's greatest resource — its people and their possibilities.
