The ILSS Board Leadership Program is a bridge between social purpose organisations and experienced corporate talent to kickstart their social impact journey. Through a curated learning experience, participants become part of a network of leaders and changemakers looking to enhance their knowledge, join nonprofit boards, and make a difference through informed leadership.
Participants begin their learning journey with a robust two-day virtual intervention, where they:

Understand the importance of board’s role and leadership
Navigate compliances and regulations vis-a-vis board governance
