Stronger leaders.
Stronger organisations.
Stronger social impact.
ANLM is more than a program. It is an investment in building
resilient, mission-driven institutions that can sustain and scale
change.
India’s nonprofit leaders are navigating rising complexity and a rapidly changing landscape
Designed for second-line (N-1) and emerging leaders, as well as founders and CEOs of growing nonprofits, ANLM supports capable nonprofit leaders to transition into strategic leadership—building systems, scaling impact, and future-proofing their organisations.
Strategic capability gap
Senior leaders need stronger managment skills to navigate uncertainty, think systemically, and drive sustainable, long-term impact.
Rising complexity in a constantly shifting ecosystem
Leaders are tackling interconnected, non-linear challenges while simultaneously adapting to rapid changes in technology, donor expectations, regulations, and global contexts.
Resource constraints
Leaders must deliver greater impact while managing limited funding, lean teams, and increasing pressure to do more with less. The program supports your shift into strategic leadership by building the mindsets, capabilities, and networks needed to lead for sustained impact.
