THE ILSS PEOPLE PRACTICES PROGRAM
Build organisations where people thrive — and missions scale.
Many social sector organisations struggle not because of strategy, but because their people systems fail to keep pace with growth.
The ILSS People Practices Program helps leaders design practical, mission-aligned people strategies that strengthen teams, leadership pipelines, and organisational culture.
“Few organisations have succeeded by purely relying on their leader’s charisma and organisation’s vision to become talent-pullers.These need to be combined with a compelling and distinctive employee value proposition.”
– ADITYA NATRAJ, CEO,Piramal Foundation
“With a vision as audacious as ours we need highly skilled people on our team. Our volunteers are our most valuable asset and they comprise a mix between ones that hold key positions within our organisation as well those that are experts in their own fields.”
– ARCHANA CHANDRA, CEO, Jai Vakeel Foundation
“Leaders need to recognize and prioritize HR as a core function. As organizations grow, leaders must be mindful of building a strong culture, a common language that influences how their people across the organization behave.”
– ENMA POPLI, Leadership Coach & HR Advisor to Jai Vakeel Foundation
