The ILSS Board Governance Program

Strong Boards make Strong Organisations!

The ILSS Board Governance Program is designed to help you create, strengthen and leverage a strong and vibrant board that aligns with your organisation’s vision. Over 9 weeks of online engagement and through synchronous and asynchronous learning, the program empowers SPO leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to establish and strengthen effective boards.

Program Objectives

Explore what it takes to nurture and leverage a board from the sector leaders
Gain insights from sector leaders and experts on effective board governance and management
Identify the strategic enablers that can help the organisation’s growth story
Prioritise the persona/archetype of advisers required to help the organisation succeed
Get guidance and one-on-one mentoring from experts and seasoned advisers

30+ hours of live online sessions with subject matter experts and sector practitioners
Dedicated one-on-one mentoring with experts and practitioners
Comfortable, well-paced sessions designed to balance learning with organisational priorities
Practical tools and templates for immediate application, including an Organisational Diagnostic, Board Charter, and Board Member JD
Speed networking opportunities to connect with prospective advisers during the program
Blended learning format combining synchronous and asynchronous modules
