To build and develop an informed understanding and appreciation of the social sector and to facilitate cross-sector learning and cross-pollination of ideas, we at ILSS aim to create a repository of knowledge on the sector, including leadership best practices, case studies, surveys, and so on. By showcasing the transformative nature of work in the social sector, we aim to make the sector an aspirational and inspirational place for talent from diverse backgrounds.
