Withdrawal and Refund: At ILSS we do not encourage withdrawals or refunds as all the applicants undergo an extensive application process. In case of exceptional circumstances and emergency situations, participants can request withdrawal and refund (of the total amount excluding the 18% GST) within 7 days of paying the enrollment fee.

Deferrals: For enrolled (paid) participants who are unable to attend the program due to unforeseen events, ILSS provides a one-time option to defer the admission. To defer your participation to the next program, please inform the ILSS team during the deferral window. The deferral window for the participant opens on the date of payment and closes three days before the beginning of the program. Please note that deferrals will be offered for only one program cycle.
