The Emerging Women’s Leadership Program (EWLP) is an intensive 11-week program designed to support the leadership development journeys of emerging women leaders in the social sector. The Program equips leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to advance their leadership journey, and create impact in the sector.
The ILLS Effective Board Governance Program is focused on equipping our SPOs with skills and tools that can be leveraged to set-up and/or brace an effective board.
Define an effective board and its implications
Identify effective board governance practices and strategies for managing board conflicts
Discuss challenges and opportunities that shape an effective board
Develop a customized action plan for improving your board governance practices that is concrete, specific, and achievable
