ILSS Delhi Launch Event – A Call to Leaders

On 28th September 2017, we introduced the ILSS Program to a gathering of corporate professionals, social sector leaders and journalists in New Delhi. The evening began with Ashish Dhawan (Founder and Chairman of CSF) sharing the vision behind the program. Pritha Venkatachalam (Partner at The Bridgespan Group) shared insights from a study on leadership development in Indian NGOs. Aditya Natraj (Founder of Kaivalya Education Foundation) recounted his journey from being a banker to a social entrepreneur in an interactive session that both regaled and touched people in the audience. Aditya left them with a message from a story by Leo Tolstoy – “The most important time is now, the most important person is the one in front of you, and the most important job is to serve them”. Gaurav Shah (Co-Founder of ISDM) discussed the elements of the 9-day leadership program and encouraged everyone to be a part of this initiative.
