Non-Profit Strategy & Problem Solving Workshop with Prof. Paul Brest

India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS), in partnership with the Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society (Stanford PACS), is organizing a workshop on non-profit strategy and problem-solving with Prof. Paul Brest of Stanford University.

The day-long, intensive workshop is designed to help participants—especially program heads and M&E professionals—gain a firm understanding of program strategy, concepts for designing an effective theory of change, and ways to measure and evaluate the impact of programs.

Using real-world examples, the workshop will help participants understand the following steps in solving a problem:

  • Identifying the problem and intended outcome
  • Developing a strategy to achieve the outcome
  • Implementing the strategy
  • Evaluating the strategy
  • Scaling

Participants will also receive a certificate from ILSS, Stanford PACS and Prof Brest.
