Starting her career in India in IT, Santana then worked with Bankers Trust and JP Morgan Chase in Australia for 13 years in various leadership roles in financial services and Information Technology. She switched to the non-profit sector in 2007, before returning to India in 2016. She has an MBA from IIM-Calcutta and Bachelors from SRCC, Delhi.
