“ILSS is a transformative experience as it opens your eyes, every single day, to a different set of problems. It’s very likely that you will get deeply engaged with one sector or the other”
Entrepreneur and former CIO Sanjeev Prasad, who attended the December 2018 edition of the ILSS Leadership Program, now sits on the board of Anudip Foundation and serves as an advisor at QCI. The social sector allows one to create real impact, he says.
ILSS gave me an overview of the challenges the social sector is trying to address, the opportunity to meet and get inspired by some great minds, make some lifelong friends, and also a sounding board for ideas.
Post ILSS, I feel a sense of purpose like I have never felt before. I feel a burning desire to make all wrongs right. I dream of a better world.
Disha Agrawal, who attended the inaugural ILSS Leadership Program in January 2018, speaks about her journey into the social sector. Disha now heads strategic communication at Central Square Foundation
“When I came for the program, the social sector was like a distant dream, seen through a dark tunnel of ignorance. With each passing day, I have attained clarity on the various dimensions of the sector.”
“The ILSS Leadership Program is not a training, it is a transformative journey”
