The ILSS Digital Transformation for Social Impact Program will empower NPOs to drive catalytic impact at scale by crafting their own digital transformation journey, through a holistic understanding of the art of the possible with digital transformation (DT), industry best practices and expert mentorship.

The Program will run in a blended format for 10 weeks as follows:

  • In-person components in Delhi-NCR from 04 Oct to 07 Oct 2025 and 11 Dec to 13 Dec 2025
  • 8 weeks of online learning and mentoring from 11 Oct to 06 Dec 2025

Receive mentorship during the program, select participants will also receive mentor support for 6 months post program

The Program will run in a blended format for 10 weeks as follows:

The general guideline for expected time commitment:
  1. In-person sessions: 8 hours per day, for 6 days
  2. Virtual sessions: 4 hours per week, for 8 weeks
  3. Virtual mentoring and cohort connects: 2-3 hours per week, for 8 weeks
The virtual sessions are expected to take place from 9:30 AM -1:30 PM on Saturdays.


Mentorship sessions and cohort connects can be scheduled as per the availability of the participants.
Fee for the program is 1 Lakh INR (+ GST). Merit & need-based scholarships are available.
Once your candidature has been confirmed, we will share the bank payment details with you to pay the fee.
The fee covers the accommodation, on a full-board basis, during the in-person days. Cost of travel has to be borne by the participant.
Yes. The program is, however, mapped to weekends as per IST timelines so you should expect to manage your schedule to align with the program sessions.
