Sayantani Gaddam, ILSS alumna from the Batch of April 2018, has assumed the role of Executive Director, Ahvaan Trust, which works in the area of transforming teacher effectiveness in pre/primary government schools in the NCR.

“Ahvaan is supported by an immensely qualified and reputed board. In addition, I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to partner with educators of great calibre,” says Sayantani. “In this role, I hope to realise my experience in school education and social impact projects to work closely with the public education system.

“I wish to take this opportunity to recognise the catalytic role played by ILSS. The initial ‘awakening’ by the immersive program, the mentoring and the support provided have helped tremendously in enabling me to make this transition.”
